5-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order only if the product is damaged upon delivery and has not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Eligibility

A return request will be accepted only if:

The product was received in a damaged condition.
The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Proof of damage (clear photos or videos) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Return requests made after the 5-day return period.
Minor variations in color due to screen or lighting differences.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange

If the same product is available, we may offer a replacement for damaged items. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued.
