All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
Other Locations in India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website whenever available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailing sanganeriaura@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Returns for damaged products are accepted only if the item has not been used, worn, or washed.
